Everything you need to know to spend a carefree and pleasant holiday with us in S. Michele/Castelrotto.

Price information

• The room rates as well as the children's reductions are available on request.
• The local tourist tax is €1.75 per person per day. Children and adolescents under 14 years are exempt from this fee. This must be paid on departure and will be indicated as a separate item on the invoice for your stay at the accommodation establishment.

• Cosy conservatory, ideal for relaxing moments and social gatherings on chilly days
• Storage space for bicycles and winter and summer equipment
• Ski boot dryer
• Free "South Tyrol Guest Pass - Mobilcard", which gives you the opportunity to explore the entire holiday region Alpe di Siusi and South Tyrol comfortably by bus and train

Check-in & check-out

• Your room will be ready for check-in from 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 a.m.

Payment

• Payment in cash is preferred. However, we also accept bank transfers.

Cancellation conditions

A free cancellation of the booking is possible in writing up to 3 months before the start of the trip. In this case, the already paid deposit will be credited for a later stay. For cancellations made at a later date, the following cancellation conditions apply:
• Up to the 30th day before departure, the deposit paid will be retained and no additional cancellation fees will be charged.
• From the 29th to the 15th day before departure, 50% of the booked accommodation price will be charged.
• From the 14th to the 3rd day before departure, the cancellation fee is 75% of the booked accommodation price.
• From the 2nd day before departure or in case of no-show, 100 % of the booked price of the stay will be charged.

Other

• We kindly ask the smokers among our guests not to smoke inside the house. Ashtrays are provided in the outdoor areas.
• Unfortunately, due to the location of our guesthouse between two farms with animals, we cannot accept pets.
